Conference: “INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY, Basic notions about patents” by Clara Fornés

Next Thursday, 10th May at 12h at the Salón de Actos of the ITQ, it will be a conference related to “INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY: Basic notions about patents”, given by Clara Fornés, ITQ Knowledge Transfer Manager.

The talk will try to give a general vision about the different types of protection for research results, focusing on patents (legislation, writing and prosecution), as well as inventors rights and obligations. It will also be mentioned the importance of Industrial Property in R&D contracts and collaboration projects. Finally, it will be time for any questions or doubts that the assistants may have.

This talk is directed to research personnel but also to administrative personnel that have to deal in any manner with patents but also with any issues related to research results and/or Industrial Property.
