An architect and Ph.D. graduate of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, she has completed postgraduate studies at various European universities and institutions. She has extensive experience in public administration (Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, and Ministry of Science) and specializes in public procurement, cultural management, and the supervision of projects. Marta has participated in various research projects within the General State Administration, coordinating multidisciplinary teams. She also boasts of solid experience in drafting, processing, and monitoring studies, reports, and specifications, as well as in managing public procurement procedures.
